I am passionate about physical fitness as an overall contributor to my health. I work out to be healthy and strong, not for appearance. I eat healthy, and do not consume processed sugar, processed food, or food that is inorganic, treated with chemicals, or unethically produced. I also practice brazilian jiu-jitsu to keep my mental constitution sharp. I am trying to find harmony of mind and body.
